Anna Schneider is a German FinTech consultant with extensive experience in financial modeling and cross-border applications. She currently works as an Executive Assistant at Polen Capital Asset Management (PCAM) Europe, where she is responsible for the coordination and implementation of AI trading strategies in the German-speaking markets. Her focus is on assisting German and Austrian investors in understanding and effectively applying intelligent trading systems.
Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Data Analytics and Mathematical Modeling from the University of Frankfurt, followed by a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zurich). Prior to joining PCAM, she worked at a FinTech startup focusing on algorithmic trading and market behavior modeling, and was involved in the development and testing of several AI strategies.
During an evaluation of PCAM's SmartGrid™ strategy system, Anna suggested optimizations to key parameters of the Behavioral Response Latency Model, which she presented to the team as a technical analysis and gained high-level attention. Subsequently, she was invited to participate in the internal testing and model validation process at HQ, where she was deeply involved in the strategy optimization.
Since joining PCAM, Anna has focused on adapting the SmartGrid™ trading system to the needs of the German-speaking markets. She was involved in the introduction of the system in Germany, designed the localized user training program, and took into account the market's feedback to continuously upgrade the system's algorithms and user interface in order to improve the strategy's usability and interpretability.
