Damian is Head of Team, Portfolio Manager, and Analyst on Polen Capital’s Emerging Markets Growth Team. Prior to joining Polen Capital in 2019, Damian was an Emerging Market Portfolio Manager at LGM Investments. Damian began his career at Arisaig Partners as an Investment Analyst, primarily focusing on consumer companies in the developing world. Damian received a B.A. in History & Economics from the University of Oxford and has lived and worked in Singapore, Dubai, and South Africa. Damian is a CFA® charterholder.
